Jeffree Star Cosmetics "Anna Nicole" & "I'm Nude"
Lemme 1st start off my saying I AM NOT AFRAID OF COLORS. I will wear ANY color, bold, dark, light...anything, as long as it doesn't look terrible on me. When I'M NUDE was released, I knew this would be a color I would try. I like to wear lippies directly on my lips especially when swatching so I could give my honest review. I seen swatches but people were wearing it with lip liners and altering the color by puting concealer over the lips first. To my surprise, this shade was very pigmented and not streaky at all *holy cow i was frickin happy* . An even application with 1 coat was enough but I wanted to show how rich the color was so I used 2 coats. I'M NUDE is a pale pinkish nude which I like & didn't give me the "crack lips" look *oh how us lipstick junkies hate crack lips =/* Many deep toned women were afraid of this color because of the previous release of Dose of Colors "Sand" which was a big controversy but I'll save that for another post. I love I'M NUDE its so pretty! Def a must buy and if you're scared of nudes, pair with a nice brown lip liner like NYX's "Cappucchino"
ANNA NICOLE is so vibrant! It's a cross between a bright orange and a bright red. I've seen so many swatches and it looks different on everyone. On me, it looks like a bright reddish orange, exactly how it looks in the bottle. The formula is great, very pigmented and not streaky. Only one layer was needed for the perfect application. This color is def a must buy and serves rocabilly realness yassssss *in my most flamboyant voice ever*. Def a summer shade & would look perfect for fall nights out!
