New Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipsticks + Shadow Couture Palette
I was so anxious to buy the new Anastasia Beverly Hills lippies because the swatches were gorgeous!!! The colors were very fall fashion to me so I was drawn in to get these. Out of the 10, I purchased, Sepia, Trust Issues & Veronica. I wanted Dusty Rose but they have yet to release that 1 specific shade, not sure why. The other colors didn't really stand out to me, they just weren't appealing. Paint is a metallic blue that I would never wear because I like either dark blues or light blues, I was never a royal blue fan & I dislike metallic lipstick. Sarafine, looked like every other red that I have from other brands & it was too close to American Doll by ABH so I def wasn't going to get that one. Sugar Plum is just not my twist. I really hate bright magentas especially lipstick with shimmer in it. Midnight, even though it is a warm toned black it really didn't draw me in being that I already have 2 black liquid lipsticks already. And last but not least, Blush just didn't really stand out to me either, looks like just another color that we all have in other brands so I chose the ones that I really liked & stood out to me. Out of the 3, I like them all but my fave is Sepia, it look like it belongs apart of the nude bundle from Coloured Raine. There's something about nudes & browns that I love, I can't have too many nude lippies, I always want them all lol. I like Trust Issues even though the swatches I seen prior to the release looked way darker but it's okay its still a pretty color. Veronica is more of a mauve color but looks as if you can mix Sepia & Trust Issues & make Veronica. The formula of these new 3 lipsticks are amazing, they are really creamy & very opaque, I only used 1 layer in each swatch.
