ColourPop Ultra Matte Lip Liquid Lipstick Review + Lip Swatches
If you ever read my rant from a couple weeks ago you know I was livid when ColourPop 1st released the Ultra Matte Lippies because it was a disaster & I wasn't 1 of the lucky ones to get my order through. Anwho, I guess all the complaining comments & emails worked because not only did they update their server, I received my order 2 days after I placed it... they really stepped it up! *Go ColourPop, doing the shimmy haha* Now on to the review. I really like the formula, the 11 that I purchased are very pigmented & opaque. They dry super fast and feel so lightweight it doesn't feel like anything is on the lips. My only con is that they aren't buildable, after a couple layers, they start to flake. That honestly isn't a problem because I only needed 1 layer but I did try 2 layers for Koala and that's where I experienced flaking after both layers were dried. Besides that, I like them! Plus they're 6 bucks! You get the same amount of product as you do for Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid lipsticks which are $20!
